Avichy is operated by PeshHub Holdings LLC. We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Estimated transit time (after processing)
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 8–16 business days
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays outside our control (carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, peak-season volume) can occur.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and any active promotions. Any free-shipping promotions will be displayed clearly at checkout and are limited to the destinations and dates stated at the time of the promotion.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Tracking and lost packages
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after shipment, or if your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, email us at support@avichy.com within 30 days of the ship date so we can investigate with the carrier.
Damaged or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival and email support@avichy.com within 7 days with photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for return steps.
Address changes and cancellations
Because orders begin processing quickly, address changes and cancellations can only be honored before the order has shipped. Contact support@avichy.com as soon as possible.
